Realizing the urgency of the problem, the author decided to choose the subject “Solutions To Enhance Employee's Job Satisfaction At The Asia Multimedia Company Limited” with the desire to find the current problems of employee’s job satisfaction and have solutions to improve employee’s job satisfaction in a timely. The study used qualitative research methods and descriptive statistics. Qualitative research was conducted through focus group discussions with 10 staff members. Descriptive statistics are made through a survey of 138 employees working at Asia company, combined with secondary data to analyze the current problems of employee’s job satisfaction at the Asia multimedia company. The results show that the company’s employees are not satisfied with their jobs through 3 factors: working environment, income, training and promotion opportunities in descending order. Besides, the results also show that female employee’s satisfaction is higher than male. Married employee is higher job satisfaction than single employee.
